1915 2nd Ave - Viktoria Building
The stately and elegant Viktoria Building at 1915 Second Avenue looms majestically over Downtown Seattle. This 24-story residential tower is home to luxury high-rise apartments and shops. It was completed and opened for leasing in the spring of 2014.
The electrical design consists of a 4000A switchboard feeding metering stacks via low voltage transformers. Emergency power is provided by a 500 kVA generator. The majority of the circuit breakers used in this facility were Siemens solid state breakers with adjustable long time, short time, instantaneous and ground fault functions, Siemens thermal magnetic breakers and Bussmann fusing.
