| The facility is a 12,000 square foot, $5 million addition to the W.R. Geidt Laboratories in Shoreline (Seattle), Washington. Its purpose will be to consolidate the newborn screening organization. There are low voltage distribution and emergency distribution systems that are fed from the existing building distribution system.

The specifications were for the normal/emergency distribution systems, lighting and lighting controls, and life safety/fire alarm. Construction phase commissioning services include reviewing submittals, witnessing commissioning tests, reviewing test results, and creating a final commissioning report.
