| "We wish to compliment you on the excellent report rendered for the subject plant. The existing and additional new facilities were clearly presented. The breadth of data developed was extensive. And finally, the over-all organization and presentation of data was both practical and attractive. Many thanks."

Pioneer Chemical
|
| Pioneer Chemical – a leading producer of chlorine and caustic soda for several large markets in North America – has a chlor-alkali manufacturing plant in Tacoma, Washington. Customers of Pioneer Chemical include those companies involved in pulp and paper manufacturing, water treatment and pharmaceuticals. The Tacoma facility is located on a 31-acre site in the Port of Tacoma, with docks capable of handling ocean-going vessels and barges.
The distribution system consisted of 13,800 volt switchgear and low voltage substations. The field data collected was entered and stored in an ACCESS database. This database also contains the new settings for the relays and circuit breakers.
