Role
Power Systems Engineering, the electrical sub commissioning consultant, provided design phase commissioning services to review the design and create commissioning specifications for the bid documents. The commissioning specifications were written for the normal/emergency distribution systems and lighting and lighting controls. Construction phase commissioning services included witnessing a portion of the tests. The engineer then trained the university staff to observe and report the results of the remaining tests.
