The Columbia Boulevard Wet Weather Treatment Plant – Dry Weather Primary Clarifier Odor Control Facility is located in Portland, Oregon.
The 13.2 kV primary switchgear feeds the low voltage distribution system. Included in the low voltage equipment are 4 MCCs (motor control centers) feeding a total of about 41 motors.
